Location : 422 Sincheon-dong, Siheung 

 

This is a shrine built to commemorate the distinguished filial acts of devoted son Ha Wumeyong (1413~1493), third son of Ha Yeon, premier during King Sejong in the Joseon Dynasty. It is said that he personally cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for his mother every day. The shrine has a wood structure with gambrel roof covered with traditional Korean tiles and six-foot long wind shields on the front and the sides. The monument is 1.27m high, 61cm wide and 22cm thick.
