During their two-day tour of Gyeonggi Province, these overseas buyers ted to purchases amounting to USD12 million comprised of a variety of Gyeonggi Province products including ginsengfresh vegetables such as sweet peppers.

Senior Gyeonggi Province officials met to devise division-level policies to support traditional markets.

Gyeonggi Province also plans to introduce a portal site for traditional markets, designate special zones within the markets that will attract consumers,promote direct transactions between agricultural producersconsumers.

A total of USD 130 million will be investedthe three companies in the construction of semiconductordisplay equipment production facilities in Gyeonggi Province.
