The 2017 Hope Pyeongtaek Lights Festival begins at 5 p.m. every evening at the Pyeongtaek Station Plaza, the Tourist Special-Zone Road in front of Pyeongtaek City’s Songtan branch office, and the Pyeongtaek Lake tourism complex.
