Gyeonggi Province and Gyeonggi Small Business Center (GSBC) will attend the 2013 Autumn Las Vegas Magic Show and help textile companies in Gyeonggi Province to enter the U.S. market.
The 2013 Autumn Las Vegas Magic Show, which is to take place in the Las Vegas Convention Center, U.S., from August 19 to 21, is the biggest exhibition for total fashion and textile in the U.S. market with a history of over 70 years. Approximately 1,000 companies from 30 nations worldwide are expected to participate in the event.
Gyeonggi Province and GSBC will operate a collaborative booth of Gyeonggi Textile Marketing Center (GTC) for 60 textile companies in the province, supporting promotion of their products and their overseas expansion.
GTC operated a collaborative booth for 50 textile companies in the province back in February at the 2013 Spring Las Vegas Magic Show, where they achieved consultation outcome worth a total of USD 6.54 million, thus a promising achievement is expected in this upcoming exhibition.
“GTC continues to show good results by participating in the exhibition,” said An Kyung-yeop, director of the Northern Business Support Center. “We will make every effort to support the textile companies in the province in the upcoming Las Vegas Show as well.”
GTC will promote participation in the Intertextile Shanghai 2013 to be held in October this year with products of the textile companies in Gyeonggi Province.
