To confront the opening of the market, Gyeonggi-do plans to establish an export infra orienting export of agriculture. 
Gyeonggi-do is adopting a prudent policy to reclaim an export route for the agriculture industry by scouting and training farms with the potential for export and cultivating foreign markets. 
Also an optional support plan is promoted to farms to produce and export high-graded produce and also to establish a fundamental production and supply system to raise quality and price competitiveness. 
Foreign buyers and technicians will also be invited for export consultation and support. 
Multinational distribution industries will participate and package designs will be developed, foreign market research, establishment of Korean trade centers in foreign countries, export infra, international exhibitions, foreign sales promotion, dispatching experts to open inroads in foreign markets and other strategies are promoted by the province. 
To establish a production and supply system for optional export produce, participants will be chosen this year and these farms will be supported to produce high-quality farm produce meet international standards.
