Korean Consul at China Resumes Affairs on 20th

The suspension of visa and passport issuing services due to the overload of North Korean refugee work at the Korean consul in China , will resume starting from Oct. 20. 
The Korean consul has announced the resumption on Oct. 17 and expressed regrets for the inconvenience. 
Most of the 120~130 North Korean refugees will be repatriated to Korea through third nations. 
Through the positive cooperation of the Chinese government, transactions for North Korean refugees have been quickly progressed and many have finished verification. 
Civil affairs administration has been temporarily suspended since Oct. 7. 
A personnel from the Korean embassy tells that the Chinese government is looking onto measurements to quickly deal with North Korean refugee affairs.
