South Korean Trade Minister Yeo Han-koo met with senior U.S. officials in Washington and agreed that South Korea is exempted from the United States government’s Foreign Direct Product Rule (FDPR) on exports to Russia in response to its invasion of Ukraine, according to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
