The city government of Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, seeks to be the first city-level local government to have an ordinance to promote and nurture semiconductor industry. This ordinance will provide the legal groundwork for the city to develop semiconductor industry promotion plan every four years and assist businesses in a more systematic manner.
