Yukgoejeong

When `Gimyosahwa` occurred, the gentry including Cho Gwangjo collapsed. Namdang Eom Yongsri retired to his hometown and built this pavilion in 1519.
Six wise men discussed poetry and academics and planted zelkova trees to commemorate their friendship.
These six wise men were Kim Anguk, Gang Eun, Oh Gyung, Seong Damryeong, Lim Naesin and Eom Yongsun. They are called ‘goejeongyukhyeon.’
