SMEs are invited to join the delegation hosted by the Gyeonggi Province Office.

o Number of Businesses Participating: About 10

2. Those Invited to Join
o An SME exporter located in the province
o A business looking for a source of raw materials required for its export or a commissioned processor
o A business looking for a site for a factory or a local partner

3. Deadline for Application: Not later than June 28, 2003 (Sat.)

4. Documents to be submiited

A copy of Business Registration
10 copies of a company brochure (printed in either English or Spanish)
o Optional
A certificate of designation as a promising SME, overseas patent and international standards compliance certificate

5. Method of Selection: To be selected in accordance with the standards for selection of businesses participating in the Province Office?s trade promotional activities

6. Support to be provided by the Province Office
o Provision of interpreters, assistance in PR and attracting buyers and leasing an office space
Expense to be borne by participants: Airfare and pocket expenses
