As moremore people are into walking nowadays, walking tracks such as Jeju Island’s ‘Ollae Track’many other tracks in Korea are being formed. Shimhak Mountain in Paju made a ‘Dullae Track’.

This walking trackunlike mountain climbing in which you climb updown the mountain. The track was made to go around the mountain’s waist so that both menwomen can easily walk through the track.

The track also has wooden stairstowers in certain areas so that mountain climbers can see the Han RiverNorth Korea regions such as Imjin River.
 
Paju has many tourist attractions such as Heyri Art Village, Paju Book CityOdu Mountain Tongil Tower.

Elderly suicide rates have increased incredibly as moremore elderly live alone. Gyeonggi Province together with civic groups opened a convention to discuss elderly suicideabuse issues.

 Gyeonggi Province made an agreement with 20 civic groups such as the Korean Senior Citizens AssociationLifeLine Korea to prevent elderly suicideabuse.

The convention introduced measures for current elderly issues.

Gyeonggi Province d 42 elderly suicide prevention centers with professional consultants in 31 citiesdistricts.
Aid was given to the low income elderly with depression.

88 elderly who had the urge to suicide received medical treatment this year.

Elderly problems are social issuesnot individual problems anymore. Itneeded for the elderly to take part in social activities to lead a 2nd life.
