Gyeonggi Province adding 300 new courses to its free online lifelong education program ‘GSEEK (www.gseek.kr)’ in March 2017.

GSEEK launches new courses such as the popular practical training course for Master Craftsman Chefs and certification courses in social work, Korean history, and agricultural product quality management, which are helpful for job preparation.

In particular, future-oriented courses such as the fourth industrial revolution, VR (Virtual Reality), and MCN (one-person media) are gaining popularity amongst students.

Based on the survey results on demands of learning, new courses related to ▲ preparation for future societies ▲ improvement of job skills and employment services ▲ promotion of liberal arts knowledge and civic virtue ▲ provision of convergent knowledge ▲ support of cultural arts and leisure activities, and ▲ public content in consideration of neglected classes including multicultural families are preferentially developed.
