SK hynix seeks to acquire a British chip designer

SK hynix, one of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer located in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, is reportedly reviewing to buy British semiconductor company Arm Ltd. in a consortium. Park Jung-ho, vice chairman and CEO of SK hynix made it clear that the company eyes more merger deals in the semiconductor industry. SK hynix was also approved by South Korea’s antitrust regulator to go ahead with its acquisition of local chipmaker Key Foundry. Click the news below for more information:
