A group of researchers from KAIST, KANC, and KBSI unveiled their technology to manufacture extreme-low-temperature ultra-speed device essential for next-generation quantum computing at the 2022 IEEE Symposium on VLSI Technology & Circuits held in Honolulu, Hawaii.
