The Gyeonggi Province plans to continue promoting overseas marketing activities and financial support to prepare for export and other activities to minor businesses next year in order to push forward aggressive trade policies.

This plan includes a goal to increase 10.6% of this year’s 35 billion dollars. Gyeonggi-do will concentrate on supporting minor companies trying to increase export or those that are new in overseas trade. This plan furthermore will enhance income distribution, job creation, balanced development in each industry and also flexibly confront the purchasing propensity of foreign buyers converting to small orders, small payments and various range of goods.

For this the province will actively aid overseas exhibitions, marketing and other activities to induce overseas trade information and export experts.

The proposal of expanding the support for participation expenses by each company’s status will be accepted and operated by providing 100% financial aid for companies individually participating overseas fairs.

In addition, for those that are having difficulties in participating individually, the current 10 number of companies jointly participating at the Gyeonggi Hall will be extended to 15 companies next year. Products in the electric, electronic, automobile parts and information communication will be introduced in foreign fairs held in advanced countries such as America and Germany
