Gyeonggido Livestock and Veterinary Service announced that the annual outbreaks of major livestock epidemics, such as Tuberculosis in Cattle, Brucellosis, Aujesky’s Disease and other, has drastically decreased. 

Most occurrences of Tuberculosis in Cattle and Brucellosis has broken out throughout Gyeonggi-do but under strict inspections and education on preventive measures against epidemics, the strive for prevention of livestock epidemics has inspired farmers and also farms where epidemics has occurred are specially managed for 3 years and contaminant farms are exenterated of the source of infection. 

Tuberculosis in Cattle is especially is controlled by group examinations every year without exceptions. Brucellosis has been inspected on an additional 5 thousand Korean cattle. 

Aujesky’s Disease is being cleared out of place of origins through endless general inspections.
