The Gyeonggi Provincial Office is opening a 66 square-meter-sized tourist information office on the first floor of KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center) on April 14 to help attendees in events held at the Center visit historic sites and other tourist attractions in the province and provide the interpretation service to them.
The province also has tourist information offices at Jangan Park in Suwon, Incheon International Airport, Gwangmyeong Station of KTX, in addition to 15 information boxes operated by Suwon, Yongin and Paju Cities and 13 others located at the rest area along highways.
An officer at the Gyeonggi Provincial Office said, “The information office at KINTEX, a leading convention center in Northeast Asia will be much helpful for foreigners interested in paying visits to various tourist attractions in the province. We will do our best to have the information office meet specific needs of foreign visitors.”
