Gyeonggi Province hosts ‘Fall Concert with Gyeonggi Province Residents’ at Suwon Station on November 8^th
Yoon Do-hyun sings ‘I am here,’ and George Han Kim and Kim Tae-woo sing live as well

– The ‘Fall Concert with Gyeonggi Province Residents,’ hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation, took place at 7PM on November 8^th at Suwon Station. In this event, the Gyeonggi Province song ‘I am here’ was publically performed for the first time by Yoon Do-Hyun. (G-News Plus Heo Seon-ryang)

First public performance of Yoon Do-hyun’s Gyeonggi Province song ‘I am here’.

Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation held the ‘Fall Concert with Gyeonggi Province Residents’ in the Suwon Station Grand Room on the 2^nd floor at 7PM on November 8^th. The Gyeonggi Province song ‘I am here’ was unveiled to the public for the first time with the voice of singer Yoon Do-hyun.

Many people from Gyeonggi organizations and the artistic community participated in this event including Governor Kim Moon-soo, golf player honorary provincial ambassador Choi Na-yeon, comedian Kang Seong-bum, swimmer Cho Won-Sang, Suwon Vice Mayor Yun Seong-gyun, Yongin Vice Mayor Choi Seung-dae, and Gyeonggi Arts Center President Jo Jea-hyun.

Before introducing the Gyeonggi Province song, Governor Kim Moon-soo said, “Singer Yoon Do-hyun is skillful with mellow and lyrical songs. He’ll sing our Gyeonggi Province song well.” He also added, “Gyeonggi Province possesses a superior natural environment with the Han River, Imjin River, Yellow Sea, Bukhan Mountain, and Gwanak Mountain. But first and foremost, it’s where beautiful people live.”

Kim Hyun-cheol, who produced the song, said, “Ballads do not follow trends. Anyone can sing ‘I am here.’ Students can sing it in school, adults at work, or seniors while enjoying a drink.”

At this event, singers Yoon Do-hyun, George Han Kim, and Kim Tae-woo presented dynamic live performances for 90 minutes.

Production of the Gyeonggi Province song ‘I am here,’ which was introduced to the public for the first time at this event, started in August to increase public interest in Gyeonggi Province’s history, nature, and culture, and to improve the brand value of Gyeonggi Province.

Singer/songwriter Kim Hyun-cheol produced the Gyeonggi Province song, and popular DJ/singer/songwriter Sim Hyun-bo wrote the lyrics. As Yoon Do-hyun from Korea’s leading rock band YB Band decided to participate vocally, the production of this song generated considerable interest since the initial stages.– At the end of the event, guests including Governor Kim Moon-soo, golfer Choi Na-yeon, and Gyeonggi Arts Center President Jo Jea-hyun bow to the crowd.
