Kimjunyong Janggun myo

Siheung-si Local Relics No. 13
Location : San 138-1 Gunja-dong, Siheung

After passing the armed forces examination in 1607 (41st year of King Seonjo’s reign), Kim Junyong (1586~1642) was appointed General and achieved great exploits in the Suwon Gwanggyosan Battle during the Chinese invasion of 1636. A stone monument was put up in 1685, during the 11th year of King Sukjong.
