Gyeonggi Province has decided to actively assist in securing a 100million won budget(within 5million won per enterprise) on production of IR data(International Relations data for inducing investment) for small and medium (venture) enterprises that are seeking to attract foreign capital in order to positively confront the intense stagnation in the world economy and the continuous decrease in foreign investors.

Currently, many small and medium enterprises in Gyeonggi Province are promoting the attraction of foreign capital to secure investment funds and to open up overseas markets, but they are facing difficulties due to funds, marketing, technology, human power etc., therefore Gyeonggi Province must have a positive assistance countermeasure.

The province has already been supporting enterprises hoping to attract foreign investment since last year and has also supported enterprises by dispatching a group of investment inducers three times, supporting 10 enterprises with IR data production costs of 50million won, providing foreign investor counseling for 63 enterprises, and as a result one enterprise achieved to induce foreign investment.

Consequently, Gyeonggi Province has decided to actively support distinguished small and medium enterprises hoping to attract foreign investment and has decided to carry out multilateral assistance by giving 50% of IR data production costs(within 5million won per enterprise) which is essential in attracting investment, interceding foreign investors and providing counseling, supporting an invitation of foreign CEO-level for up-to-the-minute enterprises with high possibility to successfully attract investment. introducing overseas business partners for enterprises hoping to induce investment and so on.
