The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy has initiated services starting from July 29, Tuesday, by building a network (www.mctnet.org) that helps parts and material companies to collectively understand in technological development and trading, production and demand and supply market.

So far, as one of the base construction of MCT Net, under the conclusion that the establishment of MCT Net need to be systemized, 11 research organizations including the presiding KISTI, have participated to precede the MCT Net operation to offer information needed by firms.

The MCT-net provides global participating information and news information, 200 general info on basic R&D documents, 7,500 technical analysis info on physical properties and material experiments focused in the core technology field. Plans to accumulate a store of 500 information until 2005 are also promoted.
