The digital electronic industry has recorded an export balance of 2.78 billion dollars in black during last September. Black balance till now has scored 20.1 billion dollars and is maintaining Korea’s export and trade balance in black. 

According to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) has announced export scores for last September has exceeded last year’s September score by 26.4%, a surplus of 6.67 billion dollars and import has increased by 15.3%, 3.89 billion dollars. 

In addition, despite unfavorable conditions inside and outside of Korea such as damage done by typhoon Maemi, reduction of operation due to the Chuseok holiday (Korean Thanksgiving) and currency instability and much more, an export boom of mobile phones, digital televisions and other major export items has flourished. 

This favorable balance is assumed as the result of efforts on strengthening export stagnation. The outlook for the export prosperity is expected to continue due to the recovery of the world economy.
