To improve the quality of culture and art, and also flourish the cultural life of residents living in Gyeonggi Province, the Gyeonggi-do Arts Center plans to propel a project to invite predominant foreign performances. 
1. Project Goal 
High quality performances from overseas will be carefully selected, invited and promoted to contribute to the development in culture and arts in Gyeonggi-do and also improve the quality of life for residents by introducing fine performances. 
2. Project Object 
o Invite outstanding foreign performances centralized on small-scale plays than large orchestras for multiple performances 
o Satisfy artistic accomplishment and also select performances that can be easily arouse residents. 
3. Support Details 
o Target: to fund cultural organizations and event companies adequate to project goals 
o Genre: plays, musicals and other outstanding performances 
o Financial Support: within 2 million Won (surplus charged to the organization) 
o Scope: production cost, guarantee, lodging, round-trip flight fare and other management expenses 
o Support Conditions 
– Project Support Period: December 8 ~ February 29, 2003 (about 3 months) 
– Main target must be for the entire Gyeonggi area (especially northern part) for at least 15 performances 
o Supply Procedure: installment payment 
– Primary financial support: 50% of the definite amount upon agreement 
– Secondary financial support: remainder 50% is supplied after final results are evaluated
