Next to China, the second largest international market, India is holding a Korean Product Exhibition in Pragati Maidan Exhibition Center. 

This event is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) and is held from Dec. 8 to 11 at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Center, New Delhi. The Korean Product Exhibition is held to support Korean companies that as advanced into the Indian market and secured an economical cooperation between both countries for 3 decades. About 100 Korean companies manufacturing electric and electronic products, IT, machinery, texture, consumption goods and other products will be on display. 

To maximize the efficiency of the exhibition, MOCIE stretched out publicity activities into the press and industries of India through local Korean government establishments and KOTRA Trade Center, and also influential buyers from neighboring countries such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and other countries. 

As a special event, a ‘Korean-Indian Joint Fashion Show’ has been held at the Korean Embassy in New Delhi. Traditional clothing of both countries and also fusion design clothes has been shown.
