Gyeonggi Province Vocational School Ansan Campus, October 28 

A large-scale festival will take place at the Ansan Campus of Gyeonggi Province Vocational School (President Lee Byeong-geol) on October 28 (Thurs.) between 9:30am and 5pm. The first such event in the school’s history, the Hanmaeum Festival will showcase various programs including a student athletic meet, graduation exhibition, Eoulim Square, and a Music Camp filmed by Gyeonggi TV Suwon Media. 

Following an exciting athletic competition of six track and field events, which will give students a chance to strengthen their friendship and sense of unity, a graduation exhibition will be hosted for teachers, parents, and neighborhood residents. 

The festivities will conclude with the Student Talent Show accompanied by the filming of the Music Camp by Gyeonggi TV Suwon Media. 

The school’s spokesman explained, “This is our effort to become part of the community. We ask for the interest and participation of the people of Gyeonggi-do, and will be distributing free souvenirs all day at the event. This festival will be an opportunity to present students and local residents with hope and energy for life despite the current economic hardships.”
