– GyeonggiNet’s Record-Setting 42,912 Participants to the Survey on the Top 3 Provincial Policies/ Projects – 

The “333 Event” of choosing the top 3 of 10 major policies and projects of Gyeonggi-do in the 3rd year of the 3rd provincial government to be elected by popular votes was run from June 22 through 29. Internet users took part in the survey to express their opinions on the past accomplishments and visions of the province. 

GyeonggiNet’s record-setting 42,912 people participated in this survey to choose “Housing Advanced Companies (19,248),” “Creating 1 Million Jobs (18,077),” and “Gyeonggi English Village Business” as the top three works. 

* Runner-Up: Green and Clean Gyeonggi-do (12,408), Education Support Business (11,187), Business-Friendly Gyeonggi-do (10,983), Pyeongtaek Port Development (10,833), We-START Village (10,254), KINTEX (9,028), and Hallyuwood (8,868) 

A number of survey participants posted messages (1,136) to congratulate and encourage the province on its success and hard work. 

Doh Byeong-un said, “I give Gyeonggi-do my hands particularly on its accomplishment in investment attraction that created new jobs and invigorated the local economy. I hope that other local governing entities will follow the trend.”
