According to Yonhap News,

Gyeonggi unveiled its plan to open five medical centers at the least developed countries next year in partnership with the Peace Medical Foundation.
The province will support up to 70-80 million won for the construction of each medical center in Africa and Southeast Asia.
The center will provide basic medical services including diagnosis, treatment and prescription of medicine.
In addition, Gyeonggi plans to operate a global academy course to give doctors and nurses of the least developed countries opportunities to learn advanced medical techniques.
