According to Yonhap News,

The Gyeonggi Economic Cooperation Group led by Gyeonggi Governor Kim Mun-su is on a visit to Russia and Qatar for a week to attract investment and enhance cooperation with the two countries.
The group will visit Russia Far-East Research Institute to discuss current affairs of Korea and Russia and sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on electronic bidding with the United Electronic Market Place on Wednesday.
Governor Kim will also ink MOUs on technology transfer with the representatives of Bauman Moscow State University and Ural Federal University on Wednesday and Friday, respectively.
Next week, the group plans to move to Qatar to discuss how to enhance cooperation in conducting a joint-study on plant factories with the Qatar National Food Security Program.
Representatives of nine Gyeonggi-based small and medium enterprises including MIR SYSTEM, the Korea Energy Management Corporation and Korea Polytechnic University accompany on the visit.
