Gyeonggi Province Vice Governor for Coalition Kang
Deuk-gu visited three Gyeonggi branch offices of the Minjoo, Saenuri, and the
People’s party to request cooperation beyond party politics.
In addition, he visited other related organizations to emphasize the importance
of ‘governing through cooperation’ and spent time engaging in multilateral communication.
Vice
Governor Kang visited the Gyeonggi branch offices of the Saenuri and Minjoo
parties on October 7. This was followed up by another visit to the Gyeonggi
branch of the People’s Party on October 13. During his visits to these party branches, he
requested the formation of a consensus system for key provincial issues during
for the 2nd term of coalition politics for the public benefit.
On
October 12, he visited the Suwon District Court, the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, and the Gyeonggi Provincial
Police Agency to explain the importance and symbolic implications of the 2nd
term of coalition governance. During his visits to these organizations, he also
discussed plans to maintain close cooperative relationships in the legislative,
judicial, and administrative sectors.
Vice Governor Kang said, “As a member of the 1st term
coalition government, I feel a heavy responsibility as I have been appointed as
the Vice Governor for Coalition of the second term.” He
added, “Regardless of party politics or liberal/conservative
lines, I will use various communication channels, even though they may appear radical,
to gather various opinions so as to ensure the coalition government contributes
to the happiness of provincial residents and offers them hope.”
On the morning of the October 12, Gyeonggi Province Vice Governor for
Coalition Kang Deuk-gu met with Suwon District Court Director Lee Jong-seok
during his visit to the Suwon District Court.
