Through this MOU, the Foundation will develop customized human resources training for overseas employment and various support measures related to new growth industries.
The MOU signing ceremony was attended by Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, Tran Huy Tuan, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Yen Bai Province (Socialist Republic of Vietnam), and Tran Hai Linh, Chairman of the Vietnam-Korea Business Investment Association.
Prior to signing the MOU, officials from the People’s Committee and VKBIA, including the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Yen Bai Province, toured and benchmarked entrepreneurship support facilities, including the entrepreneurial coworking space “Dreammaru” at the Foundation’s southern business headquarters, and educational facilities, including consulting and training programs.
“The establishment of an organic cross-border cooperation system through this agreement will be a new starting point for overseas employment support projects between Gyeonggi Province and Vietnam,” said Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation.
Vietnam’s Yen Bai Province is rich in rare earth resources used for battery materials and has high expectations for related industries, attracting investment from renowned domestic and foreign companies.
