This exhibition was organizeda private art group as part of their ‘Reform Life Exhibition’ during the ‘Eco-friendly Transportation Festival’, which took place throughout September in Haenggung-dong (행궁동) in Suwon (수원).

The fifth DMZ Korean International Documentary Festival, or DMZ DOCS,scheduled to open on the 17th of October. This year, the venue has been movedits original seat in Paju (파주) to Goyang (고양) to accommodate more viewers.

This festival will run for 7 days under the theme of peace, lifecommunication symbolizedthe Korean Demilitarized Zone.
2) Opening Ceremony at US Army Camp Grieves, Imjingak
The fifth documentary festival this year will be held around Ilsan Lake in Goyang (고양) City for a week.
A trailer for the festival was shown before the ceremony, raising anticipation among localinternational reporters.
Interestingly, the trailer was producedthe chief producer of the festival, Cho Jaehyun (조재현), who was himself one of the persons featured in the last year’s trailer.

An actoractress were designated as public relations ambassadors for the festival; they promised to work hard for the popularization of documentaries in their acceptance speeches.
This year’s DMZ film festival will feature a variety of accompanying programs including a photo exhibition, a cinema concerta folk festival.
