The introduction of lifelong education coupled with career management, as well as the strengthening of the standards of the national certification examinations, were some of the suggestions that gained general sympathy.
A Korean professor suggested the development of standardized training programstextbooks for common usebeauty education in the three countries.

Medical staff at62 larger hospitals were put on an alert for emergency servicesmore than 4,000 pharmacies were arranged to operate non-stop during the holidays.
4) 24-Hour Public Service System
Most Public Service Departments of public offices opened 24-hour service desks for emergency public enquiriescivil applications.

To help the public familiarize themselves with libraries, a variety of events took place in Gyeonggi Province including ‘Gunpo (군포) Book Festival’a family event in Seongnam (성남) City.

Every summer, heavy rainfall invariably leaves flood damage in Korea,this year was no exception.

Last July, torrential rain poured down in Yeonju (여주)Icheon (이천) in Gyeonggi Province at a record-breaking 114 mm per hour rate, causing flood damageslandslides.
2) LandslidesFlood Cost 80 Billion Won Damage
Propertiesfarm fields in wide areas were damaged costing an estimate 80 billion Korean won.
3) Gyeonggo Province Set Up Flood Damage Restoration Team
Immediately after the rainy season, the provincial government acted quickly to assess the damageestablish plans for restoration. It has already set up a special restoration team which will oversee the restoration work in five different categories including roadsrivers.

Seven local restoration teams headedthe deputy chief of the local governments were also organized in the districts that suffered greater damage.
4) Work Process to Be Speeded upAdministrative Priority
To speed up the work, the provincial government will grant the restoration projects an administrative priority inprocedures including designing.

The Gyeonggi Provincial Administration plans to open similar houses in 31 citiescounties of the province.

This year’s exhibition marked its fifth occasion.
2) Large-scale Beauty Exhibition ParticipatedAll Fields of Beauty Concerns
Designed under the theme of Popularization, Industrialization,Globalization, the ‘K-Beauty Expo’ became the undisputed largest event infields of beauty in Korea.

A cultural festival of disabled individuals, featuring musical performancepublic participating events was held in Suwon City on September 12th.

1) Suwon Disabled Individuals Choir
The beautiful sounds of choruses fill the air of an outdoor musical hall mesmerizing the audience. Itthe sound of a choir consisting of members with disabilities.
The players of percussion instruments are visually handicapped, the singers have other physical disabilities. However, their performance shows no sign of disability.
2) Yang Suk-ja / Gunpo Citizen
“Ita great performance. I came with my children,we area wonderful time. There are lots of things to enjoy.”
3) Cultural Festival of Disabled / Outdoor Music Hall 2, Suwon Manseok Park
The ‘Cultural Festival of Disabled’ has been a venue for communication between the people with disabilities with those without.
4) Booths of Various Cultural Programs
In addition to choir concerts, booths are set up to house a variety of cultural programs in which everyone can participate.
In one booth, a well-known artist with a disability paints a picture using his foot.
In others, visitors witness nail artistshand painting artists with much admiration on their faces as they see the artist beauty.
This festivalalso an opportunity for artists with disabilities to come closer to the publicshow their skills.

The ‘Cultural Festival of Disabled’ also helped people without physical difficulties to recognize the necessity of better communication with those with disabilities
