Recent incidents of the leakage of dangerous chemicalsindustrial premises have raised social concern on the safe handling of hazardous materials in Korea. A number of companies that deal with such materials took the initiative to ensure zero leakage.

4) Zero Accident Resolution
In order to ensure zero accidents, more than a hundred companies in Gyeonggi Province gatheredadopted a resolution for the safe handling of hazardous materials. Their initiative came after the realization that most of the safety-related accidents are causedhuman errors instead of outdated facilities.
