5. Blind Masseurs, Free Massage In Senior Community Center

Blind masseurs are providing free massages in senior community centers in the Province. Gyeonggi Province plans to solve the employment crisis of the blind that have acquired licensed masseur certificates but wereoffered employment.

Gyeonggi Province will invest $188 million to 60 parks, 780,000m2 of land as an expansion of parksurgently needed.
