Gyeonggi Province to invest 41.6 billion KRW for semiconductor material, part and equipment industries

Gyeonggi Provincial Government announced that it had recently been selected for a national government’s contest for establishing a test bed for semiconductor materials, parts and equipment and earmarked a national budget of KRW 26.2 billion by 2024. Combining this with a KRW-11.5-billion provincial budget, the province will set up a 4,000-square-meter test bed for semiconductor material, part and equipment businesses to assist local businesses.
