Samsung Electronics, a memory chip giant headquartered in Gyeonggi Province, organized a tech day conference in San Jose, California. In the first in-person event in three years, it unveiled roadmap toward mass-production of next-generation V-nand flash chips as well as integrated non-memory fabless solutions.
