First held in 1997, the International Horticulture Goyang Korea event has grown into an iconic international exhibition in Korea, attracting more than 5.7 million domestic and international visitors in total as of 2015. The 2016 International Horticulture Goyang Korea will take place from April 29 to May 15 at Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang City. It will showcase flowers and new horticulture products related to horticulture from more than 320 organizations, groups, and companies from 30 countries. With an indoor garden featuring rare plants and horticulture-themed sculptures, an outdoor garden with various themes, flower-related events such as experiential programs, and a floral arrangement competition, as well as plenty of concerts and events, and a horticultural market, the exhibition will be a fun festival that appeals to all the senses.
