Lot sales of the 7 blocks of land for development of apartment buildings will be closed sequentially from the 18th.
The district has the foremost location advantage of being able to reach the Gangnam area of Seoul within 30 minutes.
It is forecast that the Dasan Jingeon District of Namyangju will quickly emerge as the largest core city in the northeastern part of the capital region. Here the lot sales of land will be closed sequentially from the 18th.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation disclosed on the 16th that the application for the supply of the 7 blocks in the Dasan Jingeon District of Namyangju City will be received from the 18thto the 20th.
The land for the apartment buildings to be supplied is composed of a total of 7 blocks, among which 4 blocks are for the apartment units with 60~85㎡floor area, which is the apartment size most preferred by consumers, and 3 blocks are for units with floor areas exceeding 85㎡.
The district also has excellent location advantage.
The distance to the boundary of Seoul City is only about 5㎞with convenient access onto the outer ring road of Seoul through the Namyangju/Guri I/C. Moreover, it is possible to reach the Gangnam region of Seoul within 30 minutes via the extension line (separate extension) of the Seoul Metro Subway Route No. 8.
The Dasan Jingeon District is an environment-friendly residential estate connected to the Wangsookcheon and Jungang Park. It will be established as a new urban center joining the neighboring Dasan Jigeum District, thereby resulting in total land area of 4.75 million㎡ with expected total residential population of 86,000 people.

Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation revealed on the 19th that it appointed GS Construction·Daelim Industry consortium as the first bidder for the joint business of civil participation in public tract housing for A2-2 Block within Wirye New City.
A2-2 Block is the central commercial region within Wirye New City and with the railway station sphere, it is being evaluated for its most outstanding position. This block is a small and medium complex comprised of a total of 1,413 units including 1,077 units below 60㎡ and 336 units of60∼85㎡.
In the future, GS Construction․Daelim Indutry will be in charge of the construction of this housing business and the Corporation will be in charge of site procurement and sales of lots.
The sales of housing is expected to begin in March next year and in October 2017, the residents are expected to move in.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation has completed the sales of 1,540 units in A2-11 Block in Wirye New City in November 2013 and it is currently in construction.
