Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation begins the first parcel-out of 2,801 housings of the public trace apartment with ‘Nature & Lotte Castle’ (B2 block) and ‘Nature & e-pyeonhansesang'(B4 block) at Namyangju Dasan New Town on 15 April.

 

Two developments are all in midium size of 74~84㎡ popular in consumers. ‘Nature &Lotte Castle’ consists of 1,186 housings in a 10 building complex with 29 stories above ground and 1 below and ‘Nature & e-pyeonhansesang’ does of 1,615 housings in a 13 building complex with 29 stories above ground and 1 below.’Nature & Lotte Castle’ and ‘Nature & e-pyeonhansesang’ of Dasan New Town are the public trace apartments constructed by Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. and Lotte Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. respectively after making civil participating joint venture contracts with Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation.

The parcel price is set as 8 million and 650 thousand KRW (1st floor) and 9 million and 200 thousand KRW (standard floor) per 3.3㎡ and move-in is to be in January 2018.

The characteristics and strengths of each development are as follows.  ‘Nature &Lotte Castle’ enhances pantry and corridor storages, and insulation and soundproof functions by applying double-glassed windows. Also, it applies improved soundproof materials between floors than existing apartments to enable pleasant living and allows control of heating, lighting and a gas valve with a smart phone.

 

‘Nature & e-pyeonhansesang’ provides wide openness assessment by applying 2.6 m of story height at 1st floor, which is 30 cm higher than existing one. Also, it prevents condensation risk by applying insulation lines to the corners without disconnecting and heat bridge design, and applies integrated energy management system to introduce energy saving by sending a warning message if energy usage is exceeded.

 

All housings in both developments are allocated in the direction of south and in case of 84㎡ type, 4Bay design was applied to increase amounts of sunshine and sunlight, and improve ventilation.

In terms of road network, the districts are directly linked to Bukbu Expressway and Gangbyeon Expressway, and adjacent to Namyangju IC, Guri IC and Topyeong IC as a beltway around Seoul.

 

Educational environment is also excellent. At the very next to the two building complexes, a nursery school, an elementary schools, middle schools and high schools to be established, which enables children safely walk to the schools.

 

Central City in northeastern area of the confines of the capital ‘Dasan New Town’

 

Namyangju ‘Dasan New Town’ is the first new town-sized project exclusively implemented by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation after Gwanggyo New Town. Dasan New Town will be created in total area of 4 million and 750 thousand ㎡ covering Jigeum-dong, Donong-dong, Gaun-dong, Suseok-dong, Ilpae-dong and Ipae-dong, with capability of approximately 86 thousand population acceptance and 31 thousand and 9 hundred housings.  

 

Housing Exhibition Hall (Model House) is open 10 am on 17 April. It is located at Jigeum-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do (in the opposite site of 2nd government office building of Namyangju City Hall, near to Jigeum three-way intersection) and in a distance of approximately 10 minute walk from the 2nd exit of Donong station to the direction of Jigeum-dong Community Service Center.
