Location : San 53 Sanhyeon-dong, Siheung
Yun Minheon(1562~1628) was a government official in the mid-Joseon Dynasty. His penname was Ikse, his family origin was in Papyeong and shared friendships with Yulgok Yi Yi and Ugye Seonghon. Both Yun and his Wife were buried in this tomb built in 1628 (6th year of King Injo’s reign), and it is considered a propitious site because it looks as if a tiger is lying down. The tomb’s pavilion was built in 1709 (35th year of King Sukjong’s reign) and it is Siheung’s biggest and best maintained pavilion. The architectural design is also very unique.
