It is situated in 66-4, Mi-pyeong-ri, Won-sam-myeon. It is often called Mi-reuk-bul. It is the biggest Buddha sculpture in Yong-in. Its head is small, ears short and the neck hardly shown. There are 3 teachings on the neck, and the ridge of the nose, mouth are designed graphically. On the middle of the forehead there is a symbol of the god inscribed even though it can be hardly seen.

On the head there is a natural stone placed instead of a crown. On the right hand it holds hyung-jeon and on the left hand it holds gam-ro-jeong-byeong. The sacerdotal robe is penetrated and from the stomach area Eui-mun 이 shown. The robe as a military soldier is shown through the wide circular arc. The base shaped like a lotus is omitted and underneath the feet is destroyed. There is a table aimed to perform worships.

Near the sculpture there are 6 stone monuments of 80-100cm. Considering that there are poles, there must have been a temple. The sculpture is 4.05m tall, 0.5m thick and its chest is 1.3m wide. It is placed in the direction of South East and according to a legend, if the sculpture is blocked unfortunate events may occur in the village. Therefore there cannot be found any other buildings in front of the sculpture.
