Hantangang Daegyocheon Hyeonmuam Hyeopgok (Basalt Valleys along the Hantan River) is a bed form built by excavation and abrasion and a variety of pillar-shaped joints in the valley of symmetric shape. With the most magnificent landscape along the Hantan River, it is a valuable place for learning about nature. Furthermore, it provides important academic data to understand the development of geological and geographical features during the Quarternary period. The valley is about 1.5km long and 20-30m deep.
