Gyeonggi-do and Gyeonggi Branch Office of Korea International Trade Association have stepped forth to hold an exhibition and conference on exhibition Gyeonggi-do products where products made by 50 companies in Gyeonggi-do will be displayed in Tokyo Trade Center, Taitokan, on Feb. 24. 

Lead by the first vice governor for administrative affairs of the Gyeonggi-do government, Korean enterprises have met will Japanese buyers and enterprises and obtained great results. Professional sales representatives and telemarketing specialists were employed to handle the entire process with a new concept of marketing techniques. 

Agricultural and foodstuff manufacturers, construction material companies, electric and electronics companies and more have participated the two day event and about a thousand Japanese buyers have visited. The Gyeonggi-do government and Gyeonggi Branch Office of Korea International Trade Association supplied participating enterprises with exhibition booths and interpreters, counselors and other necessities. 

This event has been held every year in Tokyo since 2002 and 42 enterprises that participated in 2002 has attained satisfactory results of about 22.7 million dollars.
